Google has introduced new feature called Google Buzz in its popular email service Gmail. Buzz allows users to post messages, links, images, videos, audio files, other files interesting to them and share with others. User can choose to share publicly with the world or can limit to a group of private friends. Google has integrated Picassa, Google reader, Flickr and Twitter contents with buzz sothat gmail users can share their content on these services to their friends. Buzz was announced by google on 9th February 2010, and started to be available in Gmail from 10th onwards. Buzz includes social features which can compete with other social services and has the obvious advantage of integration with gmail inbox. Apart from gmail, google has released mobile application to post to buzz, read comments from friends. |
